Below are our shipping terms and conditions. Before purchasing, please read them carefully.
Where You Ship To
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Canada
- US
- Australia
Shipment Processing Times
Upon placing an order, we process it and make it ready for shipping within 3 business days. Holidays and weekends are not days for shipping or delivering orders.
We might have to delay your order a few days if we have a high order volume. When placing your order, please keep this in mind. You will be notified by email or phone if there are any significant shipping delays.
Delivery Times
Most of our orders are processed and shipped from the warehouses located in Asian countries. It will take 15-25 business days for the product to be delivered in most cases. Delivery times may subject to change based on the shipping circumstances.
Cost of Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You'll get an option for free delivery if your order values before any import fees, taxes and duties exceeds $99.
Import Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FabFemina (FAB FEMINA INC.) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not support shipping to P.O. Box addresses at the moment due to shipping carrier limitations. If you use P.O. Box address while placing the order, FabFemina (FAB FEMINA INC.) will not be responsible and liable for any refund claims due to undelivered products. No refund will be issued in such cases.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on Track Order page on our website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 45 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@fabfemina.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
